This course is divided into two parts: Practical Support and Current Events.

​

The Practical Support course teaches you how to prepare for your fact-finding mission. It will help you to find answers to questions such as:

  • Where can I find a commissioning organization?

  • What can I offer the commissioning organization?

  • What kind of Assignment can I do?

  • How do I write a clear Assignment?

  • How do I define clear objectives for my Assignment?

  • How do I establish contacts?

  • How to network?

  • How do I operate professionally in the real business world?

  • What are the typical Sourcing and Market Entry challenges?

  • What do I need to execute a proper Supplier or Market Entry partner analysis?

  • How do I liaise with my Commissioning Organisation effectively?

  • Which organisations may be useful for my mission?

  • Where do I find data and information for my Assignment?

  • Where can I find news sources that are relevant for my Assignment?

In the Current Events section we will  discuss topics that are in the news and relevant for your Assignment and the mission.

​
